RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At FYHER, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, provided the product is unwashed, unworn, and includes all original tags.

Free Return Shipping (U.S. Orders):

We value your satisfaction. For US orders:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item/ order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders: Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping for international orders or refund Taxes & Duties. However, we will bear the cost of sending exchange items back to you for international exchanges. For inquiries regarding Taxes & Duties refunds on returned items, please contact your local customs office.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Limited Edition Drops: Due to limited availability, items from Limited Edition Drops are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for face coverings, compression bottoms, underwear, or socks.

  • FREE GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE (APPLIES TO AUTOMATIC SALES ON THE WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA AND STOCK CLEARANCES)

Technical Defects: We understand that technical defects can occur despite our rigorous quality control measures. If you experience any technical defects with your purchase, please contact our customer support team (help@shopfyher.com) within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the complaint and take appropriate action.

We only consider complaints related to technical defects in our products. We do not cover complaints arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or any modifications made to the product.

 COSTS:

We do not refund any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase. Only the cost of the item(s) in original currency (USD) will be refunded.

 

*During big sales events, over 15% OFF including promotional items, we will NOT accept returns; however, refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit or product exchange. This means that if you wish to return an item purchased during a big sales event, you will have the option to receive store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase, or exchange the item for an alternative product.
